Do you offer collection services for used C-Ringers or Clippers?
We regret to inform you that our company does not offer collection services for used C-Ringers or Clippers, including for recycling purposes.
Please dispose of these items in accordance with the waste disposal regulations applicable in your region or country.
Note: We recommend disassembling the components and sorting them by material type—metal (ferrous/non-ferrous) and non-metal—prior to disposal.
What type of oil should be applied to the OIL point?
Please use gear oil, machine tool oil, or multipurpose oil with extreme pressure additives and a viscosity grade of VG100 to VG220.
For details on lubrication points required during routine and periodic inspections, please refer to the operating manual.
What is the operating air pressure for the C-Ringer？
The maximum operating air pressure for the C-Ringer is 0.7 MPa (7.1 kgf/cm²).
Recommended pressure settings:
• MⅡ Series: 0.55–0.65 MPa (approx. 5.6–6.6 kgf/cm²)
• M-500 Model: 0.6–0.7 MPa (approx. 6.1–7.1 kgf/cm²)
What is the operating air pressure for the Clipper?
The maximum operating air pressure for the Clipper is 0.7 MPa (7.1 kgf/cm²).
Recommended pressure range: 0.55–0.65 MPa (approx. 5.6–6.6 kgf/cm²)
What type of air compressor should I use?
Please refer to the product catalog for recommended specifications. If you plan to operate multiple C-Ringers or Clippers simultaneously, be sure to select an air compressor with sufficient capacity to meet the total air consumption requirements.
What type of air hose is recommended?
We recommend using a straight-type polyurethane hose with an inner diameter of at least 6 mm.
Spiral-type hoses or hoses with an inner diameter less than 6 mm are not recommended.
